Due to the nature of digital marketing, web development, and consulting services, all sales are considered final once work has commenced. We dedicate significant time, resources, and human capital to every project.
If you choose to cancel a project before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund of any deposits paid. If work has already commenced, you will be billed for the hours worked and materials used up to the point of cancellation.
If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact our support team within 14 days of the service delivery. We will review your concerns and attempt to rectify any issues within the scope of the original agreement. Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of cinematickrs.in management.
Any funds allocated for advertising spend on third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) or costs for software subscriptions/domains are non-refundable by cinematickrs.in once they have been spent or purchased on your behalf.
